I guess this really isn't a dream. And I really can't go home, either... I'm glad Richter's here, at least. But he keeps looking at me oddly, like he's remembering something... I wonder if it has something to do with what happened at the fort. Maybe I'll ask him about it later.

I met this man named Vyse who wants to organize a group to go against the Malnosso (that is what they're called, right?). If it means I can go home, I'll do whatever it takes to help. I hope I can get Richter to join too; if he helps out I'm sure we'll win. There's no way Richter could lose to them.

... but sometimes I get the feeling he doesn't really want me here...
