[It wouldn't have been anywhere near as bad if it hadn't been so... gory. It would've been upsetting as hell, sure, but seeing all of that blood - all of Faize's blood - was just too much. He can still see it in his mind even with his eyes closed, causing him to gag again. Yeah, it might take him a while to come back out.]

[Richter will still be there. He's not all that bothered by the scene itself, rather what it implies. That could've been him dangling there, harshly murdered by some unknown force. Was it one of the residents or have the Malnosso decided to take matters into their own hands? Either way, they should definitely get to the tunnels as soon as possible, not just for Richter's own protection, but for Emil's sake as well. More deaths are occuring all over the place.]

[At last Emil emerges from the bushes, eyes red, wiping his mouth and still looking rather queasy. This time he's making sure to avoid looking anywhere in the direction of the house so he won't have to see that awful sight again. He's all too aware that it could've been Richter and that's just serving to make him even more upset about this whole thing.]

A man named Sigmund has announced that all those affected should gather in the tunnels. I'm sure you've noticed this.

[He's just about to head towards the tunnels, but stops in mid-turn and looks back at Emil again. Then, after a moment of hesitation, he holds out his hand for the boy to take.]

[You read his mind, Richter. There's no hesitation when he takes the outstretched hand; he'll give it a slight squeeze and manage a shaky smile at the other. He may be scared, but he's going to do his best to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.]

[Richter is such a nice person~ In all honesty, though, he feels a lot safer with the other man around despite being worried for his safety. Richter always protects him... this time he'll do whatever it takes to keep Richter safe.]
