[This isn't the first time Emil has returned home to an uncomfortably quiet house. It's not unusual for H to be out somewhere during the day, but there's something strange about today, a weird feeling in the house that causes a sinking sensation in the pit of Emil's stomach. Hoping against hope, he's going to head upstairs and open the door to his housemate's bedroom... only to have his worst fears confirmed.

Once again, his journal falls to the ground with a thud, popping open to record a strained, shaky voice.]

N-no... no, not again... no... please...

[OOC: I know, I'm still on hiatus, but Emil wouldn't not react to his housemate vanishing.]

Are you sick? Maybe you should go to the clinic...

It's just a cold, no big deal. Forget about it, you look awful.

[Damn. He was hoping that he didn't look as upset as he felt right now.]

[Not gonna protest that at all. Wandering over to the couch and taking a seat now.]

[ouch. She didn't mean to sound angry. It's hard to be careful when you sound like someone's holding your nose hostage]

[It's not your fault, Emil is just very... jumpy right now. Anyway, once he gets the water boiling (and figures out where the tea is), he'll come back out with a hot cup of green tea.]
