Because that's what's about to happen when Emil's nap is suddenly rudely interrupted by a large blue canine form being unceremoniously deposited atop him. His flailing knocks his journal off the nightstand, causing it to record the chaos that follows.

From the sound of the startled barking (and growling) immediately after, Emil isn't the only one who was startled.]

[Like Estelle, Karol figured Repede had just gone out prowling for Yuri the past couple days. No big deal, he was Yuri's dog and could more than take care of himself anyway.
