It's getting colder... does it snow a lot here during the winter? I was hoping I'd be back home before winter came, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.

I really don't like the cold...

Because it's cold and wet and it gets in your boots.

Then that's why you should wear waterproof boots!

It gets in anyway.

Now that's not possible...unless it gets in from above them.

Haven't you ever had snow go down the tops of your boots? It happens to me all the time, especially when the snow is deep.

My shoes go up to my knees....and I never pay any attention! Snow is too much fun to let some soggy socks to keep me inside!

Maybe I should get some taller boots... is there anywhere here I could buy some?

Well, I got my shoes here, so you should be able to find!

Great! I'll be sure to get a better pair before it starts snowing.

Then you can also build snowmen, and do snowball fights!
