[Action, forward-dated to this evening]

[Sunset finds Emil trudging back to the village after having spent the previous day and a half trying in vain to break the barrier in an attempt to get Richter and Tenebrae back. He's obviously exhausted, and his shoulders and upper arms are covered in bruises from where he slammed himself against the barrier once he realized hitting it with his sword wasn't going to work. Clearly he's not his usual cheerful self right now; in fact, he seems almost on the verge of tears.

Feel free to run into him as he heads back home.]

That's okay. A lot of people here seem to get grouchy when you try and help them. I can deal with it.

... He's very special too you, isn't he? [There's a small smile, if she's correct in her assumption, she knows what it's like. To a degree.]

[She just smiles] That's good. I hope you get him back soon.

[And if she stays on this train of though she's just going to start angsting. So subject change.] Do you feel any better now? Or are you still in pain?

[He gets a smile in return.] Good. I'm glad you feel better now. And I hope your special person is returned to you soon.

Good. You wouldn't be Emil-kun if you gave up so easily.

Just try not to injury yourself too much.

Yeah, that was supposed to be "injure" not "injury" ><.

[She just smiles.] I should get going before Mako-san wonders where I am. I'm glad I could help Emil-kun.
